[Immediate Hire] Major Gifts Officer

The Major Gifts Officer at DREAM manages philanthropic partnerships with individual and corporate donors to support the organization’s mission serving youth in East Harlem and the South Bronx. Reporting to the Managing Director of Advancement, the role oversees a portfolio of major donors and contributes to a collective goal of $21M in annual philanthropic revenue. The position focuses on building long-term relationships, expanding DREAM’s philanthropic network, and strengthening individual and corporate giving programs. It operates within a diverse advancement team deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
