[Immediate Hire] Director of Advocacy

The Director of Advocacy at DREAM leads organization-wide advocacy efforts on behalf of its schools, programs, families, and communities. The role designs and sustains the infrastructure, tools, and strategy for a comprehensive advocacy program aligned with DREAM’s mission. It sits within the Executive Office and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners across the education landscape. The position requires frequent engagement with families and community stakeholders to strengthen DREAM’s impact and visibility.
