Impact Assurance Advisor

The Impact Assurance Advisor will strengthen the Jobtech Alliance's results measurement, reporting, and verification processes by developing a full-employment framework and survey tools, revising MEL documents for donor engagement, and verifying reported outcomes. This role involves designing and piloting survey instruments, updating internal playbooks, and conducting interviews with startup founders to ensure data integrity and compliance. The position requires close collaboration with the Results Measurement, Inclusivity, and Venture Building teams to support the creation of quality jobs across Africa.
