Senior Officer, Learning & Impact

The Senior Officer, Learning & Impact drives the implementation and adaptation of the First Response Fund's monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategy, ensuring timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and impact measurement. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen evidence on localization effectiveness and operationalize feminist MEL practices. The position also supports partner capacity building, reporting compliance, and dissemination of results to stakeholders.
