The Implementation Advocate at Inovalon is responsible for configuring and onboarding new customer orders and ensuring successful project delivery according to agreed timelines. The role coordinates implementation efforts, documents customer requirements, and supports adoption of Inovalon products while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and data security policies. The position works cross-functionally to drive go-live readiness and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
