About this role

An Implementation Associate on the Customer Success team helps enable successful customer onboarding and adoption of Turquoise products by supporting implementation efforts and ensuring accurate customer data and documentation. This customer-facing role partners with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams to help customers launch and realize value quickly. The position is structured as an operational development role with an expected progression toward an Implementation Manager role within 12 months.
