About this role

Hyperproof is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers onto their Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. This technical customer-facing role involves managing concurrent projects, building API integrations, configuring workflows, and training clients while collaborating closely with internal engineering and product teams. The ideal candidate is a technically strong engineer who thrives in a remote, async-first environment and enjoys translating complex customer requirements into working solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects from requirements discovery to go-live
Build and maintain API integrations between Hyperproof and customer systems
Configure TPRM platform workflows, templates, and risk scoring models
Manage multiple concurrent implementations while aligning stakeholder expectations
Develop automation scripts and custom tooling for data migration and sync

Skills

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field3-5 years of experience in implementation or solutions engineering
