Responsibilities

Manage initial rollouts and expansion projects for new Benchling customers
Lead requirements workshops and perform data modeling and application configuration
Develop test plans and guide user acceptance testing execution
Train and onboard users while developing enterprise training programs
Act as a trusted advisor to influence product changes based on customer pain points

Skills

Qualifications

Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Bioinformatics, or Biological EngineeringAdvanced degree preferred
