Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, leading complex, multi-service and multi-country implementations across Safeguard Global solutions. This role owns end-to-end project delivery for an assigned book of business, coordinating across internal operational teams, global partners, and client stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. The position acts as a subject matter expert and client advisor, influencing outcomes and ensuring seamless transitions into ongoing service delivery.
