Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist at Medallion will own and drive the implementation phase of the customer journey, managing multiple enterprise projects and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The role involves end‑to‑end project management, data exchange setup, and ensuring customers achieve early value while collaborating with product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams.
