Import Supervisor

The Import Supervisor oversees day-to-day import operations, managing the entire import process from purchase order through customs clearance and final delivery. This role involves coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely clearance, maintaining compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements, and resolving shipment discrepancies. The position also focuses on monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing procedures, and supporting the import/logistics team through training and mentorship.
