Importer of Record

This role protects the continuity, compliance, and cost effectiveness of Hershey’s U.S. import operations by managing day-to-day Importer of Record activities alongside invoice governance and payment controls. The position involves partnering with internal teams, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure efficient goods movement while meeting U.S. Customs and Participating Government Agency requirements. It focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring cargo status, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance and cost efficiency.
