In-house Technician

The In-house Technician at Avani is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the building's technical systems, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition. This role involves carrying out timely corrective maintenance, assisting with preventive maintenance, and supporting the maintenance manager in coordinating external vendors and investment proposals. The position also includes managing energy consumption, setting up meeting rooms, and resolving guest incidents to deliver exceptional service.
