About this role

The Consultant will be part of IQVIA’s Incentive Compensation (IC) Consulting team, supporting global and affiliate-level clients in designing, validating, and operationalizing incentive compensation plans, goal-setting methodologies, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) solutions. The role combines analytics, incentive modeling, reporting, and client collaboration, requiring a strong understanding of pharma sales models, data processes, and IC principles. The consultant will contribute to high-quality client deliveries, software-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IC function.

Responsibilities
