Manager, Incentive Compensation

As the first Manager in Takeda's GCC Commercial Analytics & Insights organization in Bengaluru, this role leads a team of Analysts while managing end-to-end incentive compensation cycles and brand analytics deliverables for International Business Units. The incumbent ensures analytical rigor, governance, and operational excellence across EU, Asian, and LatAm markets through stakeholder partnership and continuous process improvement. This position requires a hybrid of hands-on IC expertise, team leadership (2–4 reports), and strategic contributions to field force effectiveness.
