Incident Response Assistant Manager

The Incident Response Assistant Manager will coordinate end‑to‑end operational incident management across FTSE Russell, ensuring incidents are identified, assessed, escalated, investigated, remediated and closed in line with policies and regulatory expectations. The role works within the first‑line Risk & Control function, partnering with operations, product, engineering, legal, compliance and senior stakeholders to deliver timely response, thorough root‑cause analysis and robust post‑incident learning.
