Incident Response Lead

The Incident Response Lead serves as the primary incident commander for client security events, directing triage, containment, and escalation decisions across Harbor's managed environments. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, external DFIR firms, and legal counsel while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders. The position also focuses on building and refining the incident response practice, including playbooks, severity models, and tabletop exercises.
