Inclusion and Belonging Lead

The Inclusion and Belonging Lead at Downer's Energy and Utilities business will shape and deliver the company's Inclusion and Belonging Strategy, turning it into meaningful action. This role involves collaborating with leaders, People and Culture teams, and community partners to create equitable opportunities and strengthen an inclusive workplace.
