Inclusion Support Staff

The Inclusion Support Staff role involves advocating for and providing individualized support and adaptations for children, youth, and young adults with special needs within recreation program settings. This position is responsible for developing daily action plans, managing participant care and safety, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. Staff members will work cooperatively with participants, parents, and colleagues to ensure successful program participation.
