The Strategic Initiatives Coordinator (Innovation) serves as the Corporation’s subject-matter expert for operational excellence, continuous improvement, performance management, and innovation. The role leads the design and deployment of Lean methods and corporate performance measurement to strengthen service delivery, reduce waste, and improve outcomes. This position partners with leadership to identify critical processes, establish meaningful KPIs, and lead corporate innovation mechanisms to evaluate and implement beneficial ideas.
