About this role
The Independent Living Donor Advocate (ILDA) at Brown University Health serves as an advocate and resource for living kidney donor candidates throughout referral, evaluation, surgery, and follow-up. The ILDA ensures donors' rights are protected, decisions are informed and free from coercion, and maintains regulatory compliance with CMS, UNOS, and TJC. The position reports to Chaplaincy Program leadership within the transplant program.
