The Indirect Markets Commercial Enablement role is part of Medtronic’s Innovation & Operational Excellence team within the Strategic Accounts Accelerator, focused on driving profitable growth in distributor-led (indirect) markets. The position supports regional teams by shaping go-to-market strategies, enabling commercial capabilities, and promoting business model innovation to capture opportunities in strategic accounts. It is a hands-on, cross-functional role aimed at improving operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
