Individual Giving Coordinator

The Individual Giving Coordinator supports Fountain House's individual donor program by advancing fundraising efforts across the donor pipeline, from direct response to major and planned gifts. This role provides critical support to frontline fundraisers through stewardship, communications, and the coordination of fundraising initiatives to strengthen donor relationships and increase revenue. The position involves coordinating cross-functional projects with development staff, program staff, and members to improve retention and drive mission-aligned impact.
