The Industrial Engineer supports the business by designing and implementing new processes and equipment to maximize production rates. This role involves interfacing with customers, employees, and management to drive design improvements and ensure production requirements are met. The position also focuses on new product development, including packaging design and sourcing based on customer specifications.
We produce aluminum extrusions to support our fabrication and assembly processes. This vertical integration has given us the levels of quality control needed to manufacture parts with stricter tolerances and higher quality standards. We currently have multiple presses, in Michigan and Kentucky, including the first HyBrEx Servo extrusion press in North America.
