This role supervises shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment, overseeing daily operations, work assignments, and employee development. The position is responsible for implementing policies, ensuring compliance, and balancing quality, productivity, and safety to achieve production goals. The supervisor collaborates with various departments to resolve issues and maintains a safe, efficient work environment.
We produce aluminum extrusions to support our fabrication and assembly processes. This vertical integration has given us the levels of quality control needed to manufacture parts with stricter tolerances and higher quality standards. We currently have multiple presses, in Michigan and Kentucky, including the first HyBrEx Servo extrusion press in North America.
