Industrialization Engineer

This role owns the end-to-end industrialization of new product introduction projects, acting as the manufacturing anchor from design transfer through production ramp-up. The candidate drives cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and quality while mitigating risks and ensuring cost-effective manufacturing solutions. Key duties include managing the Common Product Development process, validating digital twins, and leading data-driven trade-offs to balance cost, capacity, and schedule.
