Information Governance Officer

The role provides support to the council’s Information and Data Protection Manager, Information Risk Officer and Records and Information Manager by handling information governance casework, producing reports, and offering advice on data protection, information sharing and information risk. It involves managing Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests, liaising with service areas, and contributing to policy development and staff training.
