As an Infrastructure Engineer at WRITER, you will build resilient, scalable systems that power enterprise generative AI platforms for global clients. You will bridge SRE, DevOps, and Platform disciplines to automate operations, manage multi-cloud infrastructure, and integrate AI tools into daily workflows. This role demands deep technical expertise in containerization and cloud services alongside the ability to design fault-tolerant architectures that ensure 24/7 availability.

Responsibilities

Design and manage scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments
Automate operational tasks and simplify CI/CD pipelines using Python and Go
Lead incident response, post-mortems, and root-cause analyses for production systems
Implement AI-assisted workflows for incident investigation and infrastructure changes
Define and uphold SLOs and error budgets for core platform services

Qualifications
