About this role
The role is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining automation control systems (robots, cobots, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems) primarily applied to welding processes to improve productivity, reduce costs and ensure quality. The position is based at Caterpillar's Reynosa manufacturing plant and supports automation projects and technical documentation across teams.
