Inpatient Coder – HIM Coding – Full Time

The Inpatient Coder performs complex diagnostic and procedural coding for inpatient records, reviewing medical documentation to assign the appropriate attending physician and clinical service according to guidelines. This full‑time, day‑shift role includes weekend coverage and requires at least three years of inpatient coding experience in an electronic environment.
