About this role

This role leads the APAC inside sales teams for PTC, driving revenue growth for CAD/PLM and SaaS software solutions across the region. The incumbent is responsible for building high-performance remote sales systems, managing partner ecosystems, and coaching distributed teams to achieve quarterly and annual quotas. Key duties include developing regional sales strategies, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable year-over-year expansion.

Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and product teams on go-to-market plans
