Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager will lead the company's first New York-based inside sales team, establishing the team's tone, cadence, and standards from the ground up. This role involves recruiting, hiring, and developing a team of inside sales reps to drive high-volume outbound calling and book qualified meetings with C-suite and senior real estate leaders. The manager will coach the team on executive-level communication, manage stakeholder relationships, and own team performance and pipeline output.
