Inside Sales Representative (Sales Academy)

This role is part of a 4-month on-site Sales Academy program at the corporate campus in Neenah, WI, designed to develop motivated individuals for inside sales careers. Participants engage in cold calling and proactive prospecting to secure new business opportunities and meet sales quotas. Upon successful completion, associates are promoted to direct sales positions with the option to transition to a fully remote work environment within the U.S. or continue on-site based on their preference.
