The Installation & Repair (I&R) Manager oversees all residential and small business fiber installations, repairs, and drops for a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network. The role ensures work is performed to high quality, safety, and technical standards while maintaining efficient scheduling and strong customer satisfaction. This manager leads technicians and subcontractors and works closely with engineering, construction, and customer service teams. The position also owns operational reporting, inventory related to installs and repairs, and continuous improvement of field processes.
