About this role
The Installer Service Specialist is a technical parts specialist who supports professional installer customers at the store’s installer counter and builds sales relationships with those customers. The role oversees and directs daily delivery specialist activities to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries and maintained delivery vehicles. The position also supports front counter and backroom duties as needed and works with sales staff to provide superior service to professional customers.
