Institutional Sales Assistant

The Institutional Sales Assistant provides administrative, operational, and project support to the Institutional Equity Sales team and department head. This role partners with the New York sales desk to facilitate client coverage, business development initiatives, and the efficient execution of daily sales activities. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing CRM contacts, and supporting the distribution of research and marketing materials.
