Instructional Coach I

The Instructional Coach I supports the delivery of individualized, strengths-based professional development to teachers and education staff through the Practice-Based Coaching model. The role contributes to building staff capacity to implement effective teaching practices, support children’s learning and development, and align instructional approaches with the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework. This position operates under general guidance to foster continuous quality improvement and collaborative coaching relationships within early childhood education programs.
