ESD 113
The Instructional Coach provides job-embedded professional learning, mentoring, coaching, and technical assistance to educators and instructional teams to improve teaching practice and student outcomes. Working collaboratively with districts, schools, and early learning partners, the coach supports curriculum implementation, instructional strategies, data-informed decision making, and equity-focused practices within a regional service delivery model.
ESD 113 supports 44 districts, a Tribal compact school, and private schools across our five-county region. We provide services to ensure every student gets equal chances to learn and grow.
