Instructional Coach (Temporary)

The Instructional Coach provides job-embedded professional learning, mentoring, and coaching to educators and instructional teams to improve teaching practices and student outcomes. This role collaborates with districts, schools, and early learning partners to strengthen instructional systems and support data-informed reflection and goal setting. The position functions as a capacity-builder rather than an evaluator, offering support through modeling, observation, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.
