Instructional Coach

The Instructional Coach builds teacher capacity and supports high-quality, accessible instruction across the school by collaborating with teachers, administrators, and leadership teams. The role focuses on strengthening curriculum implementation, instructional practices, assessment, and the use of student data to improve outcomes for all students. This position involves providing individualized coaching, modeling effective practices, and facilitating professional learning to foster a strong professional learning community.
