Literacy Coach

The Literacy Coach builds teacher capacity in literacy by facilitating job-embedded professional development and conducting coaching cycles under the direction of the principal. This role supports system-wide and local school initiatives to increase student learning in reading, writing, listening, speaking, and language use through data analysis and instructional support. The position involves collaborating with administrators, teachers, and central office staff to implement the adopted ELA curriculum and enhance pedagogical practices.
