Instructional Designer

This role develops engaging and effective learning experiences for employees across supply chain, operations, and corporate teams. The position utilizes instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create high-quality, accessible, and inclusive training materials in multiple formats. Key responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, managing projects using the ADDIE framework, and designing eLearning courses with Articulate Storyline and Rise. The role also involves maintaining content in the learning management system and leading content reviews and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
