Instructional Designer

This 7-month fixed-term contract role involves partnering with subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning and learning resources using adult learning principles and Articulate Rise 360. The position focuses on integrating psychosocial safety and positive duty legislation into existing courses while managing learning projects from discovery through to delivery and evaluation. The role supports organizational priorities in safety, wellbeing, culture, and inclusion within a collaborative People & Culture environment.
