Instructor Floater

The Instructor Floater provides quality instruction and supervision for adults with intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviors, and/or dual diagnosis. This part-time role involves facilitating rest breaks, meal periods, and direct service while implementing positive behavioral programs and maintaining a safe, structured environment. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams and adherence to agency policies and procedures.
