Instructor Floater

The Instructor Floater provides quality instruction and supervision for adults with intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviors, and/or dual diagnosis. This part-time role involves facilitating rest breaks, meal periods, and other direct services while implementing positive behavioral programs. The position requires working with multiple teams to ensure participant safety and compliance with agency policies.
