Heritage Medical Associates
The Insurance Analyst position is responsible for managing the claims revenue cycle by answering patient and staff inquiries, reviewing and correcting denied insurance claims, and submitting appeals. The role requires excellent customer service skills to assist with insurance participation, coding guidelines, and benefit explanations while maintaining assigned insurance queues. The analyst must interpret compliance guidelines, update patient account information, and communicate trends in denials to management.
