Heritage Medical Associates
The New Patient Liaison provides high-level customer service by answering and routing calls for new patients and staff, ensuring quality care standards are met. The role involves tracking patient intake processes, creating reports, and maintaining accurate documentation to monitor and improve service effectiveness.
