Intake and Admissions Coordinator

The Intake and Admissions Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for referrals to the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), conducting clinical screenings, coordinating admissions, and supporting patients during milieu hours. The role also provides backup group facilitation, crisis intervention, and documentation within the scope of a New York State LMHC or LMFT license.
