Intake

This role supports patients, physician offices, and referral sources with home respiratory equipment questions and orders, including non-clinical CPAP setup and patient education. The position serves as the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone inquiries, managing appointment scheduling, patient records, and insurance verification. The role requires splitting time between two clinic locations on a rotating weekly basis.
