Intake

This role assists patients, physician offices, and referral sources with home respiratory equipment questions and orders. The position involves guiding patients through non-clinical CPAP equipment demonstrations, managing patient records, and providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact. The role also includes verifying insurance coverage, supporting billing personnel, and maintaining accurate documentation of equipment setup and education.
